Winter Wildlife Photography Workshops or Tours 2021/2022 Season

Winter is a special time in Yellowstone when the park is covered in snow and the wolves are most visible. No bears in winter but we have foxes, coyotes, wolves, bison, elk, weasels, big horn sheep, moose, otters, owls and eagles, all of which look better in snow. A winter photography workshop will show you the best places to find these animals and the best way to photograph them with perfect exposure and contrast. You will get as much, or as little photo instruction as your desire – be sure to state your preference. And, winter wildlife tours will focus on finding and watching the wildlife – you may take photos but no instruction is offered.

Once you experience Yellowstone in winter, you will want to return every year.
